Flexible Scheduling (CNAs)

We are currently looking for full time Certified Nursing Assistants, and are offering a flexible new option which is a 3 Day work week option! It would include being scheduled for 3 shifts at 12 hours each caring for our residents at the Wesley Health Care Center. That leaves you with 4 days off for you to enjoy your own time. You will accrue full time benefits if you work at least 60 hours bi-weekly.

3 Day Work Week CNA Option

Pension Plan (401k)

Upon hiring, all employees who work more than 20 hours a week will be eligible in our 401k pension plan.

Tuition Reimbursement

For eligible employees enrolling in college courses, clinical programs providing a license, trade programs, or pre-requisite college course.

  • Full time employees: Eligible for up to $5,250 annually with a $12,000 lifetime maximum.
  • Part time employees (more than 40 hours per pay period): Eligible for $2,625 annually with a $12,000 lifetime maximum.
  • Part Time and Per Diem (less than 40 hours per pay period) – Eligible for up to $1,300 annually with a $12,000 lifetime maximum.

Nursing Scholarship

Every year we offer a nursing scholarship to our clinical employees who are interested and actively attempting to further their education.

Additional Nursing Support

Per request, you may be eligible to qualify for your testing fees to be waived for a variety of tests and certifications to further your nursing education.

Nursing Work Study Program

CNAs furthering their education can  shadow other health care professionals to observe practices used in primary nursing in the long-term care setting.

Benefits Details

After 30 days, employees who work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for seven paid Holidays:

  • New Years’ Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and one floating holiday.

After 60 days of employment, all employees who work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for:

  • Health Insurance
  • Vision Insurance
  • Dental Insurance

After 60 days of employment, all employees who work 20 hours or more per week are eligible for:

  • Vision Insurance
  • Dental Insurance

After 90 days of employment, employees who work 20 or more hours per week are:

  • Enrolled in our Group Term Life Insurance
  • Start to accrue benefit time. Time is accrued as follows: Full time employees working a regular schedule of 30 or more hours per week earn:
    • Up to two weeks of vacation time per year (up to three weeks for for select titles)
    • Up to two weeks of sick time per year
    • Up to three days of personal time per year
  • Regular part time employees working a regular schedule of 20-29 hours per week will earn:
    • Up to two weeks of vacation time per year (up to three weeks for select titles).
  • Tuition Reimbursement
    • For eligible employees enrolling in college courses, clinical programs providing a license, trade programs, or pre-requisite college course.
